Privacy Policy for FileForge

Overview

FileForge is an iPhone app for merging, compressing, converting, and editing PDFs, and for turning images into PDFs and PDFs into images. FileForge is built around the files and images you choose on your device. This Privacy Policy applies to the app and this public support site.

Support Messages

If you contact support, you may choose to share your email address, screenshots, device details, and a description of the issue. That information is used only to respond to your request and improve app support.

Files and Permissions

FileForge asks for access only when you choose to open a document from the Files picker, import an image from Photos, or save an exported file or image back to your device. You control which items you provide to the app.

The files and images you select are used only to perform the action you request in the app, such as merge, compress, convert, edit, import, or export.

Support Site and Email

This support site is a static public webpage. It does not include a contact form, sign-in, or client-side analytics. If you contact support by email, your email provider and ours will process that message as part of normal email delivery.

Sharing

Information you send to support is not sold. It may be shared only when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, or protect the app and its users.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
